Ken graduated from Brigham Young University in 1971, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. After graduation, he was affiliated with the international accounting firms of Arthur Anderson & Co. and Laventhol & Horwath.

Ken has more than thirty years of experience in the fields of accounting, income and estate taxation, business consulting services, taxpayer representation in I.R.S. and governmental agency disputes, and he continues to be very active in income tax and estate planning for businesses and individuals. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He maintains current proficiency through regular continuing education and extensive personal study.

STEVEN C. LUSTER, CPA, CVA
Specialty: Business Valuation, Litigation Support and Business Consulting.

Steve is a magna cum laude graduate of Arizona State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, with additional emphasis in business management, in 1974. Upon graduation, he became affiliated with the international accounting and consulting firm Laventhol & Horwath.

Steve has more than thirty years experience in the fields of accounting and finance, taxation of businesses and individuals, management consulting services, taxpayer representation in IRS and governmental agency disputes, and has been very active in the specialty practice of business valuation and litigation support services for the past sixteen years. As a Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified Public Accountant, in addition to performing business valuations, Steve has also provided expert testimony in court and arbitration proceedings, and has served as a litigation consultant to various law firms in Arizona.

Steve is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He further maintains current proficiency through regular continuing education, personal study, and extensive library resources.

TRENT L. ERICKSON
Specialty: Income Tax Planning for Businesses and Individuals, Small Business Consulting and Cost Segregation Studies.

Trent graduated from the University of Phoenix, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. While attending school, he was affiliated with two local CPA firms before joining the staff of Kilpatrick & Luster CPA, PLLC in June of 1993.

Trent has more than thirteen years of experience in the fields of accounting, income taxation, business consulting services, taxpayer representation in IRS and governmental agency disputes, and most recently in cost segregation studies. Having been raised in a construction family with extensive construction experience, Trent found the idea of performing cost segregation studies to be very intriguing. These studies allow him to use his accounting and tax expertise in conjunction with his construction background to save taxpayers virtually thousands of tax dollars by accelerating depreciation periods using IRS approved standards.

Trent continues to be active with his clients in the fields of accounting, taxes and consulting while building our affiliate firm, Capital Recovery Solutions Group, LLC which specializes in cost segregation studies.
